Masjid Bir Ali
The Bir Ali mosque is 11km away from Masjid Al Nabawi or the Prophets mosque, and It is the Meeqat Dhul Hulaifah Miqat point for the people performing Umrah from Madinah. It is located on the way to Makkah from Madinah.
History
The mosque is said to be built near a tree used by prophet Muhammad PBUH during the journey to Makkah for Umrah. It is said there were well dug by Ali ibn Talib (رضي الله عنه) in this area. That's why the mosque is called Bir Ali mosque. Due to construction and expansion, the well is no longer visible.

The mosque is 34000 square ft consists of many parking for buses and cars.
